DISkill :
input methode handles triggers for summoning algs
triggers - time, input based (ear,skin,eye),algorithmic stage (for example :
stage1 get bicycle, stage2 go to location, stage3 : get bicycle, stage4 go home)

options checking for algorithmic state :

1 check the input via the DISkill
2 equip APs with cloudian object, a shallow ref object and a param of the
alg sending DISkill class, this obj will check for the algorithmic success

3 handle all algorithmic logic within the AP object
